Target

We train the participants intensively in the technical handling of Q.wiki and enable them to introduce it organizationally in their own company. We pass on our experience from over 900 projects to the project managers without restriction - so that they can prepare and supervise the implementation project in the best possible way.

Content

Together with the participants, we develop clear project goals as well as a detailed schedule and thus place the implementation project on stable pillars. In addition, project managers receive the necessary tools to comprehensively operate Q.wiki and to pass on their knowledge to their team. From process maps and process overviews to process descriptions and work instructions, we convey the content structure of an interactive management system; in practical exercises, participants independently create initial content. Finally, we address the topic of change management: The project managers develop chains of arguments with which they can counter possible reservations about Q.wiki and the accompanying cultural change.

  • No. The digital Q.wiki start is aimed in particular at new customers and their project managers, with whom we take the first steps together regarding Q.wiki and the upcoming implementation project. However, we recommend that you choose your project manager carefully. He or she should have the following qualities:

Can the digital Q.wiki startup replace a consulting project?

  • Partly. With the digital Q.wiki-Start, we have deliberately created a cost-effective alternative to the first project week of a consulting project. However, the training only provides basic knowledge that you can and should usefully supplement with a consulting project according to your company's internal requirements.

Is the digital Q.wiki startup also valuable for existing customers with an active Q.wiki?

  • Partially. Although the training is designed for new customers, it can also be valuable for existing customers under certain circumstances - for example, if you want to expand Q.wiki to additional company divisions or locations or are planning a fundamental new start with Q.wiki.
